Most kitchens are built as part of a larger outdoor living space, so we design them with the paver patio they sit on and any fireplace or fire pit or pergola nearby. The result reads as one build rather than a series of add-ons.

A built-in grill needs a gas line, a sink needs water and drainage, and lighting and outlets need power. We handle gas, water, and electric inside one plan as one builder, so the first thing you do in your new kitchen is cook in it.
