Snow removal for industrial sites and warehouses
Docks, truck courts, and employee lots cleared around your shift changes, on sites that run around the clock.
An industrial site does not stop for snow. Trucks are backing into docks at four in the morning, second shift is parking at three in the afternoon, and a trailer yard that drifts over can stop shipping for a day. The job is to keep the site moving during the storm, not to plow it once the storm is over.
We have run commercial snow across Macomb, Oakland, and St. Clair counties since 1993. General Dynamics and Valeo are on our commercial snow routes, and with 50 to 75 pieces of equipment and 75+ crew on the road during a storm, big lots are routine work for us.
What we cover at an industrial site
Worked around your shifts
Tell us when your shifts change and when your trucks run, and the route is built around both. Employee lots are cleared ahead of the shift change, and docks and truck courts are worked through the storm so freight keeps moving. Storm response runs 24/7 from November 15 to April 15.
Room to put the snow
Large sites run out of room faster than people expect, and a pile in the wrong place buries a hydrant, blocks a drain, or eats the parking second shift needs. We plan stacking areas with you before the season and haul snow off-site when a heavy winter fills them.
A record for every event
Shift change puts a lot of people on foot across an icy lot at once. Every event is time-stamped in LMN, every truck is GPS tracked, and on-site cameras back up the log, so your safety manager and your carrier have a record when they need one.
Common questions
- Can you work around a 24-hour operation?
- Yes. Shift changes and truck schedules go into the scope: employee lots are cleared ahead of the change, and docks and truck courts are worked through the event under 24/7 storm response from November 15 to April 15.
- What happens when we run out of room to stack snow?
- Stacking areas are planned with you before the season, away from docks, hydrants, and drains. Off-site hauling is available on request when on-site space runs out after heavy snow.
- Which industrial sites do you serve now?
- General Dynamics and Valeo (Auburn Hills) are on our commercial snow routes, alongside other industrial sites across Macomb, Oakland, and St. Clair counties.
- We run several plants or warehouses. Can one contract cover them?
- Yes. Every site runs under one agreement with one account manager and one invoice structure, anywhere in our service area.
Request a snow proposal
Tell us about the property, or the whole portfolio. A senior estimator walks the site, sets your trigger depth with you, and sends a written all-inclusive and per-push proposal. One site or fifty, you get one account manager.
