Commercial Snow Plowing

Cleared before the first car pulls in — every event, on a contract that says exactly what that means.

After any snow event, the parking lot, access roads, and drives around a business become hazardous to foot and vehicle traffic. Getting them open is not just an access question; it is the liability question a property manager gets asked about after someone falls.

We plow commercial properties, townhome complexes, and HOA communities across Macomb, Oakland, and St. Clair counties from our Chesterfield base, on contracts that specify the trigger depth and the standard rather than leaving it to a phone call at 4 a.m.

01

Your trigger depth is written into the contract

Zero-tolerance for high-traffic and medical sites where any accumulation is a problem, or a set depth for lower-priority lots where clearing at every dusting is wasted money. Either is fine — what matters is that it is specified in writing, so there is no ambiguity at 3 a.m. about whether tonight qualifies.

Priority order across a property is written down too: which entrance opens first, which docks matter before shift change, which lot can wait until after the front.

02

Scale is what makes response times real

We have run commercial snow across Metro Detroit since 1993, with 50 to 75 pieces of equipment, 30 to 50 staff, and 75-plus crew on the road during a storm including vetted subcontractors. That is what makes it possible to hit multiple sites in the same event window instead of serving them in sequence.

It is also local accountability rather than a national chain's regional call center. The same company handles your grounds in summer, so the crew plowing the lot already knows where the curbs, islands, and irrigation heads are.

Common questions

How quickly do you respond to a snow event?
Crews are dispatched based on the storm and the trigger depth in your contract, with 24/7 event response through the season. Priority order across sites and within your property is agreed in advance, so response is a plan rather than a scramble.
How is plowing priced?
Two models, quoted on every proposal: all-inclusive, one fixed price for the winter with every event included, or per-push, billed per event by depth. We model both against an average season so the tradeoff is yours to make with the numbers in front of you.
What proof do I get that the property was serviced?
Time-stamped plow and salt logs in LMN, backed by on-site cameras — one continuous service record for your liability file, already on hand if a claim ever lands.
What happens when the snow piles get too big?
Stacking is planned so piles do not eat parking or block sightlines. When they outgrow the space, we relocate them, and full hauling off the property is available for sites that run out of room.
